Why Progress Examinations Matter
Objective progress checks help confirm whether a plan is producing the intended change — or whether it should be adjusted.
A written plan is a hypothesis: this approach, at this pace, will produce this change. Progress examinations test that hypothesis with measurements and honest conversation.
If the plan is on track, we continue. If it isn't, we adjust it — or refer, if that is the right next step.
