Understanding Thermography

What thermographic measurements can and cannot tell us in a musculoskeletal context.

Thermography reads surface skin temperature symmetry along the spine. It is used to document patterns and track change over time.

It is not a stand-alone diagnostic test and does not replace medical imaging when imaging is indicated.
